The California Wedding Officiant “Happily Ever After Plan”
1. Questionnaire/Contact Form
In order to help you, I need to know a bit about you and your wedding day. Please fill me in with these few details by completing the Contact Form. If you prefer, I can also email you a Questionnaire.
2. Brochure
When you complete the Contact Form, you will automatically receive a digital brochure with all of the available Packages and Fees. I will also send a detailed quote for the package that seems the most appropriate for you based on your input.
3. Schedule a Consultation Meeting (Wonderful Wedding and Marvelous Matrimony packages only)
Use the Handy Online App, to schedule a meeting, either in person or via online video chat.
4. Ceremony Script Creation
Based on your input, I will craft a first draft/sample ceremony script that will have a variety of ideas, options, and alternatives.
During the meeting, I will go over the text and walk you through it. You will bring your thoughts and ideas, and I will bring my experience and resources. The three of us will collaborate to compose a "Magical and Memorable" ceremony script for your special day.
5. Contract and Deposit
If, after the meeting, you decide that California Wedding Officiant is a good fit, I will email you a formal proposal which spells out all the details of what we have agreed to. It will have a link which makes it easy to send a retainer deposit with any major bank card. Once complete, your wedding date and time will be reserved on my calendar. We will continue to communicate and fine-tune all the details of your ceremony right up until your “Big Day.”
